Passengerg trial for Okehampton?

Okehampton could receive a trial commuter passenger service to Exeter, Secretary of State for Transport Chris Grayling revealed during a visit to the South West on May 3.

Grayling said the Department for Transport is working with Great Western Railway to establish a trial passenger service that could start in 2018, although neither this nor any details have been confirmed.

There are plans for a park and ride station east of Okehampton, with a site designated.
