Meanwhi le, Phi l Davis from Birmingham, is getting technical with us. Our poetry corner started back in

RAIL 820 with Mark Hall’s Ode to Barry Doe,e and Barry featured again in Trevor Huntington’s fine effort in RAIL 826.

“I liked the tribute in verse to Barry Doe, but was it really a limerick?” asks Phil.

“To be strict, the third and fourth lines should be shorter than the other three. (And yes, I know I should get out more!)”
