Art and poetry at Huddersfield

A £3,500 grant from TransPennine Express has enhanced Platform 2 at Huddersfield station. New planters have been installed and the waiting shelter decorated.

Groups from across the area have helped in the project, with visuals at the waiting shelter created by volunteers and local artist Sarah Wells.

Poetry inspired by rail journeys along the Huddersfield-Sheffield line has also been included.
