YRP relies on volunteer members from within the rail industry. Whether you class as a young rail professional or are just passionate about helping others succeed, there are plenty of ways to get involved. YRP needs:

Companies to empower their young employees to become members of YRP, engage in its activities, and (even better) volunteer with the regional and national committees.

Senior managers to encourage their junior staff to enhance their own careers and also give something back.

Interesting and innovative speakers to share their ideas with members.

Organisations to champion the ideals of diversity internally and externally.

Corporate members to support YRP’s endeavours and partner with YRP to deliver on its mission to promote, inspire and develop.
