RIA and TfL to challenge standards

The Railway Industry Association and Transport for London are to design and implement a new process that will enable suppliers to provide feedback on standards.

The scheme is intended to help develop new innovations and reduce costs. It builds on the introduction of a similar process introduced by Network Rail last year which has already led to more than 30 changes to standards since its launch.
