Mk 5A crew training to Scarborough
Crew training of TransPennine Express Class 68-hauled Mk 5A stock has taken the new trains to Scarborough for the first time. On January 28, 68028 Lord President passes Colton South (near York) with the 0755 ScarboroughManchester International Depot. The ‘68’ had arrived with the 0353 from Manchester. Class 68/Mk 5A sets will serve the Yorkshire coast once the coaches (built by CAF) are approved for passenger use.
