GA numbers for ‘720s’ confirmed

Greater Anglia has confirmed that the 44 five-car Class 720s ordered to replace 22 ten-car sets will be numbered 720101144.

The decision to replace the 22 longer sets with 44 shorter ones was made as a result of COVID-19 and to create more flexibility within the operator’s fleet.
