Final Stansted ‘745’ in traffic

The final Class 745/1 entered traffic with Greater Anglia on November 1, when 745102 formed the 2305 NorwichIpswich.

This completes the order for ten 12-car ‘745/1s’ for

GA’s Stansted Express route, although they are also used on the Norwich-London Liverpool Street route.

One more 12-car Stadler electric multiple unit (745008) remains on test.
