New chairman of Rail Freight Group

Neil Sime, managing director at Victa Railfreight, has been elected chairman of the Rail Freight Group.

Sime has been a member of the RFG board since 2003 and was previously vice-chairman. He replaces Ken Russell, who held the role for two years.

Andrew Harston, Regional Director, Wales & Short Sea Ports, Associated British Ports is the new vice-chairman.
