Supercharging catching on
WHEN KAWASAKI UNVEILED the supercharged H2 and H2R, sceptics said it would never catch on. They must be eating their words now. Well, maybe not. But a new machine joins the super-exclusive Kawasakis in the supercharged club – and this one’s even more expensive and more exclusive than the H2s.
Unveiled at the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show, the 2100cc Hesketh Valiant Supercharger will punt out a mighty 210bhp. With a hefty £50,000 price tag, it isn’t bringing supercharging to the masses… but it is lovely.
