This surprised me. It feels thin but is actually pretty warm, with a midheight zip-up collar that doesn’t make the neck bulky under the jacket. It’s gone baggy pretty quickly and I think it’ll be pretty shapeless after a few washes – but it’s a mid-layer, not a fashion item, and it does a good job of being warm but not bulky.
