The Brody casual jacket is the best-selling item in the Bering range and it’s now available in a new Khaki green. It’s 100 per cent waterproof and breathable and has a removable thermo-alu lining. It comes with adjustable shoulder and elbow protectors as well as a pocket for an optional back protector. There’s reflective piping for added visibility and mobile phone and wallet pockets on the inside. The whole jacket is Ce-approved.

Jaap Evo Expect to pay £219.99

The hugely popular Jaap Evo jacket is made from a soft-shell material, with a removable hoodie lining. The whole jacket is Ce-approved and is armoured at the shoulders and elbows. A back protector is an optional extra.

Ralf Expect to pay £219.99

The Ralf jacket is a new offering from Bering and it’s a threequarter length garment designed for touring. It’s made from an anti-abrasion Fibretech shell and has a waterproof and breathable membrane as well as a thermo-alu lining which is also removable.

Switch R Expect to pay £329.99

Effectively a leather version of the Jaap Evo jacket, the Switch R is Ce-approved and features a lining with a hoodie which can be worn separately. There’s a connecting zip to attach it to Bering leather pants and adjustable armour at the shoulders and elbows.

Anika Expect to pay £139.99

Made specifically for women, the Anika jacket is 100 per cent waterproof thanks to its removable lining and it comes with Ce-approved shoulder and elbow armour. Adjustable at the waist and cuffs, it has two inner and two outer pockets.
