The accessory options offered by Yamaha are split into two sections, Sport and Touring. The Sport accessories are headed up by an Akrapovic slip-on silencer for £721, with various other billet-hewn trinkets like levers from £97 and adjustable rearsets for £608.

The Touring extras will release the MT-10 SP’S ability to take on longer journeys with less fatigue for the rider. The £237 Touring Seat promises more posterior comfort for rider and pillion, while the mid-height screen (£152) will deflect more windblast for a higher cruising speed. There are also soft luggage cases (£290), and two options of hard topbox, in either 50-litre (£183) and 39-litre (£127) versions.
