THIS RETRO LID from Portuguese manufacturers Nexx features a pop-on visor and peak. The shell is composite so it’s light and it’s actually pretty good at high speed, the visor keeping rain out in a light shower. It’s not airtight so only mists when stationary but the interior is plush and well-fitting. It has become the lid I reach for. LS
