Harley bashing

I was disappointed to see you having a go at the Harley-davidson CVO Street Glide (August). You’re right that it isn’t like a sportsbike and it’s not meant to be, but the brakes and suspension have come on a long way since I started riding Harleys in the Eighties: the ride quality is better, the brakes really are better – at least you noticed that the engine is better. Harleys may not be everybody’s cup of tea but when you get into them, there’s nothing that comes close. James Chase
