Gravel killjoys

Just when the weather finally seemed set to give me a good weekend when I was home (I work off-shore) the local council killjoys got the gravel lorry out to ‘treat’ my favourite road. If you treated a dog like that, you’d get done for cruelty. It was unrideable for days, with a thick layer of loose stones on it. I didn’t get a good run down it before going back to work. Whoever thought that was a good way to repair a road? BJ Henderson
