THE BEST BIT about these silicone ear plugs? They’re really comfy. The soft filters and even-softer silicone surround makes them as close to undetectable as any I’ve ever experienced.
They offer just enough noise cancellation to remove the harmful levels, but important things such as communication systems and engine notes are still clearly audible, as they need to be.
That’s all great, but after finding it way too easy to slide them way too deep into my ear canal, and my resultant tweezer-poking ordeal, I realized that the silicone surround and soft filters offer very little surface area to grab and pull them out with. I really don’t fancy repeating that anytime soon. LS
