Fuel £200 (approx) Ferry £378 for one return journey (Portsmouth-caen/bilbao-portsmouth) Accommodation Two nights were spent on the ferry. Our three hotels in Spain cost between £40-60 per night.

Food Breakfast was included with the hotels. Lunch was liberated via napkins from the breakfast buffet. Dinner Ranged from recognisable chain takeaways to supermarket-scrounged picnics and never cost more than £20 for both of us.
