Vincenti leaves Dale for Coventry

PETER Vincenti’s time as a Rochdale player came to an end this week when the popular 30-year-old signed for League Two Coventry City.

The club agreed to terminate his contract in order to facilitate the move.

Vincenti made the move to Dale from Aldershot Town in the summer of 2013 and made 152 appearances for Keith Hill’s side during his time at the club. Injury curtailed his game time last season, but he will be fondly remembered for his contribution during the most successful period in the club’s history.
