Boro ready to stick with winners

-

HAVING got back to their winning ways with last weekend’s victory against Wigton at Rakewood, Littleborough face the short trip to Bolton this afternoon (players meet at the club1.15pm for a 3pm kick off).

Boro have found Bolton a difficult team to beat in recent seasons, especially away from home.

It will take some thinking about reference team selection, although last Saturday’s performance was the best they have produced this season and unless injuries or unavailability have an imput, Boro may well stick with the same side that impressed so much on home turf.

The short distance to travel should mean there is good support for the Boro cause from the sidelines.

The second team are at home, where they take on Wigan’s seconds (players meet 1.45pm for a 3pm kick off.

Having had no fixture last weekend the Boro players will be looking forward to a return to action this afternoon.

The third team also play at Rakewood today, where they entertain North Manchester 2 (players meet 1.45pm for 3pm kick off).

The thirds will be confident of continuing their positive start to the season.
