Amelia’s special birthday greeting goes on show
BIRTHDAY card artwork celebrating 70 years of the NHS created by a primary school pupil has gone on display at Number One Riverside.
It’s part of a competition run by NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (HMR CCG) and Rochdale council.
Dr Chris Duffy unveiled the artwork by Amelia Platt, eight, a pupil at Heap Bridge Primary in Heywood, who won first prize in the NHS 70th birthday card design competition.
Her winning artwork will be on display on the ground floor of council HQ throughout July.
