Muhammad Ali makes history as diabetic

ROCHDALE boxer Muhammad Ali is going from strength to strength in his profession­al career after linking up with new sponsor Dexcom.

Ali made history when he became the first UK boxer with type one diabetes to make their profession­al debut, leading to Dexcom now sponsoring the 25-yearold.

Dexcom is a company that develops, manufactur­es and distribute­s continuous glucose monitoring systems for diabetes management.

The new sponsorshi­p will help with Ali’s career, as he prepares to return to the ring for his second profession­al fight at Victoria Warehouse on November 17.
