Muhammad Ali makes history as diabetic
ROCHDALE boxer Muhammad Ali is going from strength to strength in his professional career after linking up with new sponsor Dexcom.
Ali made history when he became the first UK boxer with type one diabetes to make their professional debut, leading to Dexcom now sponsoring the 25-yearold.
Dexcom is a company that develops, manufactures and distributes continuous glucose monitoring systems for diabetes management.
The new sponsorship will help with Ali’s career, as he prepares to return to the ring for his second professional fight at Victoria Warehouse on November 17.
