APPLICATIONS

PLANNING applications lodged with Rochdale Borough Council up to the week ending May 13 include:

● AN application has been submitted for a first floor side extension, with garage conversion and alteration to the ground floor front and rear fenestrations, at 37 Craiglands, Rochdale.

● AN application has been submitted for the removal of the existing 15m lattice tower supporting three antennas, and the installation of a replacement 20m lattice tower supporting 12 antennas, one relocated transmission dish, three new transmission dishes and ancillary thereto, including Remote Radio Units (RRUS), Ericsson Radio Systems (ERSS) and two GPS modules, contained within a 2.1m palisade fence, at land at Ruskin Road, Rochdale.

● AN application has been submitted for a front dormer extension with Juliet balcony, and rear dormer extension, at 2 Dove Street, Rochdale.

● AN application has been submitted for prior notification for a singlestorey extension, measuring 4.3m from the rear of the original dwelling, with a maximum height of 3.7m, and a height to the eaves of 2.7m, at 7 Marland Close, Rochdale.

● AN application has been submitted for a certificate of lawfulness for a single-storey rear extension, including a raised terrace with screening and external steps, following the demolition of conservatory and garage, at 4 Hands Lane, Rochdale.

● AN application has been submitted for the erection of a 1 x 2m high vehicle access free standing alleygate to the rear of 192 Kensington Street, at 192-202 Kensington Street, 26 Vivian Street, Rochdale.
