CASES heard at Burnley Magistrate­s Court:

DALE Adam Winter, 29, of Park Road, Padiham, pleaded guilty to using a car without insurance, using a car without a licence, drink driving on Newchurch Road in Bacup and failing to surrender into custody having been released on bail. He was fined £400, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 14 months.

DAVID James Lister, 39, of New Barn Lane, Rawtenstal­l, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £100 compensati­on and £85 costs.

MARK Dylan Attenborou­gh, 43, of Rockcliffe Street, Rawtenstal­l, was found guilty of criminal damage and assault by beating. He was given an 18-month conditiona­l discharge order and ordered to pay £600 compensati­on and £500 costs.

ROBERT Fitzsimmon­s, 44, of Butts Street, Leigh, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualifi­ed on Newchurch Road in Bacup and using a car without insurance. He was given a two-week community order with a curfew requiremen­t, ordered to pay £200 costs and given six points on his driving licence.

MARTIN Chadderton, 26, of Piercey Mount, Waterfoot, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the supervisio­n requiremen­ts following his release from prison. He was jailed for 14 days. CASES heard at Blackburn Magistrate­s Court:

REBECCA Clare Barcroft, 33, of Lord Avenue, Bacup, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £160 costs.

LEVI Love, 25, of Sandfield Road, Bacup, pleaded guilty to using a television without a licence. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

ADELE Mills, 31, of Abbey Street, Bacup, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

BRIDIE Richards, 27, of Cooper Street, Bacup, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
