BOO CHRISTMAS ART MARKET Where and when does it take place?: Saturday, November 26 and Sunday, November 27, between 12 noon -4pm. FREE Horse and Bamboo Theatre, 679 Bacup Road, Waterfoot BB4 7HB. What does it involve?: Horse + Bamboo Theatre, guests, local artists and craftspeople Rossendale’s ever-popular seasonal craft and art market will once again fill ‘The Boo’ with a unique, range of handmade and creative gifts to buy for friends, family (and yourself). Come and browse the many stalls for something different, while enjoying a mince pie and a glass of mulled wine! Who is it suitable for?: Everyone. Free admission. What does it involve?: There will be a host of stalls, tombola, a raffle, homemade cakes and lots of hand-crafted items that will make ideal Christmas presents. We will also be having musical entertainment from Water Junior Band. Who is it suitable for?: The fair is suitable for anyone of any age. Any other information?: The Cancer Research UK group in Bacup raises and incredible amount for the charity. The group has raised more than £500,000 since it was formed in the 1950s to aid research and has bought a number of pieces of equipment that are used at the Paterson Institute at Christie Hospital in Manchester.
