CASES heard at Burnley Magistrate­s Court:

GABRIELLE Bussy, 48, of Barlows Buildings, Rawtenstal­l, pleaded guilty to drink driving. She was fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks if she completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

ADAM Marsland, 26, of Martinscro­ft Road, Manchester, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Haslingden. He was fined £300, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks if she completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

CHARLES Carvell, 33, of Whittle Street, Rawtenstal­l, pleaded guilty to harassment. He was given a 12-month community order with a 20-day rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t, a two-year restrainin­g order and fined £5.

CASES heard at Blackburn Magistrate­s:

SAMUEL Edward Skinner, 21, of Foxhill Drive, Whitewell Bottom, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was fined £250, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

DANIEL James Robinson, 26, of Tithebarn Hill, Glasson Dock, Lancaster, pleaded guilty to using threatenin­g, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Haslingden and the offence was racially aggravated. He was given a 12-month conditiona­l discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensati­on and £50 costs.
