CASES heard at Burnley Magistrates Court:

GABRIELLE Bussy, 48, of Barlows Buildings, Rawtenstall, pleaded guilty to drink driving. She was fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks if she completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

ADAM Marsland, 26, of Martinscroft Road, Manchester, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Haslingden. He was fined £300, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks if she completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

CHARLES Carvell, 33, of Whittle Street, Rawtenstall, pleaded guilty to harassment. He was given a 12-month community order with a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement, a two-year restraining order and fined £5.

CASES heard at Blackburn Magistrates:

SAMUEL Edward Skinner, 21, of Foxhill Drive, Whitewell Bottom, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was fined £250, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

DANIEL James Robinson, 26, of Tithebarn Hill, Glasson Dock, Lancaster, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Haslingden and the offence was racially aggravated. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £50 costs.
