MORE than 360 homes across Bacup were left without power after a cable fault.

Engineers from Electricit­y North West (ENW) were alerted on the morning of Thursday, March 16.

In a post on Twitter they said: “We do apologise about the power cut in #OL13 #BACUP Affecting 363 properties. Engineers en route to fix the issue.”

ENW said power was restored to all properties by around 2.20pm and said the problem was caused by a faulty cable.
