Wild day at nursery for Grenfell appeal

●● Children and staff at Hillside Nursery School in their wild and wacky costumes YOUNGSTERS and staff at Hillside Nursery School in Haslingden came in dressed wild and wacky to raise more than £200 for Grenfell Early Years Centre at Grenfell Tower.

Hillside Nursery headteacher Karen Wiggan said the staff were so moved when they heard about last month’s dreadful fire in London they decided to organise a fundraiser.

The Grenfell centre provides a safe haven for the children of the local community and they lost everything in the tragic fire.
