Kimi Taylor: This happened on the Boxing Day floods in 2015. There’s also a sink hole to the other side in the cemetery which is now barricaded off. I live near here and it’s getting worse. Tory councillor­s think people want to pay more in council tax. it’s only another £ 1! Rossendale has a ridiculous­ly high council tax Blanche Pwitch: I understand that Rossendale council has been Labour for many years so how is that related to the current situation, I wonder,

and of course the Lancashire county council has also been Labour hasn’t it?
