Kimi Taylor: This happened on the Boxing Day floods in 2015. There’s also a sink hole to the other side in the cemetery which is now barricaded off. I live near here and it’s getting worse. Rossendale has a ridiculously high council tax Blanche Pwitch: I understand that Rossendale council has been Labour for many years so how is that related to the current situation, I wonder,

and of course the Lancashire county council has also been Labour hasn’t it?
