Guilty of being drunk

A HASLINGDEN man has been hit in the pocket for being drunk and disorderly in a public place.

Ryan Wells Gordon, 27, of Pine Street, pleaded guilty on Tuesday, January 2 at Burnley Magistrates Court to being drunk and disorderly on Hammerton Street in Burnley on December 17, 2017, and while subject to a conditional discharge order.

Magistrates gave him a new 12-month conditional discharge order, and he was also ordered to pay £85 costs.
