EMILY Harrop, 29, of Top Barn Lane, Newchurch. Pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour in a public place and assaulting a police officer on November 29. She was given a 12-month community order with a 15-day rehabilitation activity requirement, 40 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
MARY Jane Gilheaney, 29, of Peel Street, Haslingden. Pleaded guilty to failing without reasonable excuse to comply with supervision requirements following release from a period of imprisonment. She was jailed for seven days.
MARK Andrew Evans, 31, of Hollands Avenue, Rawtenstall. Pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified in Waterfoot on October 14, 2019. He was fined £120, and banned from driving for 10 months.
DANIEL Paul Anthony Ryder, 27, of Clegg Street, Haslingden. Pleaded guilty to damaging a Vauxhall
Astra to an unknown value, a Suzuki Swift to an unknown value, a Skoda Fabia to an unknown value and a UPVC front door to an unknown value, in Accrington on February 15, 2020. He was fined £80, ordered to pay £350 compensation and £85 costs.

Magistrates Court:
SIMON Garth Moore, 46, of Newbigging Avenue, Rawtenstall. Pleaded guilty to drink driving on Bacup Road on February 1, 2020. He was fined £150, ordered to pay £85 costs and banned from driving for 18 months reduced by 18 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
