●●BORIS Johnson limps on as Prime Minister after winning no confidence vote (June 6):

-

Alan Neal: Yet another defeat for a failing PM Boris Johnson. He’s sinking faster than the Titanic, in other words his partying days are over, taxi for him from 10 Downing Street to no fixed abode

Sab Rani: Majority of 63. Yeh, he’s on his last legs.

Daniel Chadwick: MPs don’t trust him, the electorate doesn’t trust him, it’s time to resign, Boris. What a national embarrassment he is.

Julie Marie: One guess how our MP voted

Wilfred Nuttall: If he goes, who will take his place as P.M. and it will be interesting to know, but regardless of the situation with the party-gate, he has done more than any other P.M. than I know of. He moves in a very fast way to get things moving and does not hang about like the other members of the House of Commons, I have watched him go from a walk, to a trot, and now to a run, and has gained confidence to carry Britain through to the expectations of the British public.

Geoffrey Bekier: I should think so too

Shaun Richardson: We’ve had a brilliant cafe-bar in the Old Boot close. Until decent folk start using the facilities that are created the town will not achieve the image set out!

Abs Shahid: Why does a taxi office need a shop front? They can be run out of a unit or a garage
