MADE OF THE WRIGHT STUFF

-

Dozens of cast members from The Only Way Is Essex have carved out TV careers since appearing on the reality show, including Amy Childs, Gemma Collins, Lauren Goodger, Joey Essex and James Argent.

But one of the most successful post-TOWIE has been Mark Wright.

After a spell as a professional football player for several Essex teams, he joined TOWIE in October 2010 as an original cast member, lasting a year and three series.

As well as two brief returns to the ITV2 series he’s appeared on I’m a Celebrity… and Strictly Come Dancing but his real bread and butter now is presenting TV shows. More recently Mark, who married ex-Corrie actress Michelle Keegan in 2015, landed the job as a reporter on US showbiz news programme Extra, recorded in Los Angeles.

The 31-year-old is also the owner of a burgeoning property development business having bought a £1m mansion in Chigwell three years ago which he then knocked down and replaced with four luxury linked houses, now for sale at £1.295m each.

The properties feature four double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, a huge lounge/diner, fitted kitchens, underfloor heating, a patio garden at the rear and ample off-street parking at the front.
