Clever and classy, meet Cassie

-

WE’RE all fed up with this wet and miserable weather and hopefully some spring sunshine will be along soon bringing the promise of warmer days ahead.

In the meantime please spare a thought for our staff and volunteers who are braving the elements every day to care for the animals who depend on us. The rain and mud, creates lots of extra cleaning work and our dogs are in need of washing down after every walk. If you can spare any old towels and / or bedding to help us keep our animals dry and warm, we would be extremely grateful.

Donations can be dropped in to our Hillingdon Clinic or one of our charity shops in Hillingdon, Ashford or Cippenham. Many thanks.

Looking for loving homes

Cassie is a delightful one year old German shepherd, who is desperate to find her perfect home after having a bit of a ruff start in life.

We’re sad that such a lovely, affectionate girl who has done nothing wrong, finds herself homeless and looking out for that special someone who can make her feel secure and loved.

Anyone familiar with the breed will understand that this very intelligent youngster has lots of energy that needs channelling through training and stimulating activities to help her reach her full potential and continue to develop into a happy, well-adjusted and sociable adult.

As Cassie is long-haired, there is also the need for a grooming commitment. We’d love to hear from you if you have breed experience and a Cassie-shaped space in your heart and home for a special classy lady.

If you’re looking for a canine companion of smaller proportions, we have three lovely young chihuahuas who will need work on house training and confidence building, but with the right care will repay the kindness and effort with the greatest of love. Please contact us if you’d like to know more.

Spider is a bit fed up with being in the cattery and is longing for a new home. She is a three-year-old black short-haired cat who can be a little shy at first, but enjoys a fuss once she gets to know you.

Spider could live with older children providing they were sensible with handling but would prefer a home without other pets. Could you offer lovely Spider a fresh start in life?

If you can offer a loving home to any of our animals, please call us on 01895 833417 or visit www.rspcahillingdonclinic.org.uk to apply online. Thank you as always for your support.
