CHESHIRE BUSINESS AWARDS Who will be named firm favourites?

-

WITH the search for this year’s cream of the crop under way for the Cheshire Business Awards 2016, this week we turn our attention to more of the individual categories for which we are seeking entries. ● Business Start Up Award:

If your business has been trading for less than two years why not enter this award and receive recognition for your hard work and determination?

Our winner will be an entrepreneur who has developed a new business. They may have brought a fantastic new product to market, found a niche area to focus on or overcome all odds to achieve success. Tell us about your business, your market place, your performance and your future plans to win the recognition you deserve.

The 2015 winner was Bexy Boo. ● Innovation And Enterprise Award:

This award celebrates new ideas, processes, products, services, technologies and applications that have had an impact on an organisations success. Judges will be looking for originality of the innovation, its impact, practicality of its application and the measurable benefits to the business.

The 2015 winner was EA Technology.

Jeremy Orrell, head of the corporate team at the awards’ main sponsors SAS Daniels, said: “We know from the work we continue to do with businesses in the area that Cheshire remains a high growth area and a magnet for investment. These awards give us the opportunity to celebrate success in the region.”

Kaye Whitby, corporate partner at SAS Daniels and head of the Chester office, added: “This is our seventh year supporting the awards and the calibre of entries has been consistently high over that period. We know that judging the entries will be tough but we’re very much looking forward to the challenge of making those decisions!”

To enter, visit our website www. cheshirebusinessawards.co.uk and download an entry form, alternatively call the events team on 01244 606 472 or email enquiries@cheshirebusinessawards.co.uk to request a copy.

The deadline for entries is Friday, July 29, 2016.

All entries received will be reviewed by our independent panel of judges and the shortlists announced in paper in September.

Winners will be announced at a gala dinner and awards ceremony on Friday, October 7 at Chester Cathedral.
