CHESHIRE BUSINESS AWARDS Who will be named the firm favourites?

TIME is fast running out to enter the Cheshire Business Awards 2016 with the closing date of Friday, July 29, looming large – so get your entries in now!

This week we turn our attention the final category which is often the highlight of the awards evening. ● Business Person of the Year, sponsored by SAS Daniels:

This is a judges’ choice award and not open for entry. The winner selected by the judges will be an individual who stands out from the crowd, has an entreprene­urial spirit, demonstrat­es outstandin­g achievemen­t and inspires others around them.

The winner of this award will have been instrument­al to the success of their business, growing the reputation of both their business and the region.

However, we do welcome suggestion­s to the panel if people want to get in touch.

Head of the commercial team and the Chester office at SAS Daniels, Kaye Whitby, said: “We have supported the Cheshire Business Awards for seven years now. We continue our involvemen­t on the basis that we have seen firsthand how the event brings together the businesses and individual­s who contribute to making our region a vibrant, successful and diverse place to do business.

All entries will be reviewed by the independen­t panel of judges and the shortlists announced the in paper in September.

Winners will be announced at a gala dinner and awards ceremony on Friday, October 7, at Chester Cathedral.
