Sex licence purchased

JUST one sex establishment licence was purchased from Halton Borough Council in the last five years.

A Freedom Of Information request revealed that £1,270 was paid to Halton Borough Council for the kinky permit, which was for a sexual entertainment venue, in 2012.

According to a Halton Council report, the cost of a licence for a sex establishment is due to rise from £1,418.10 to £1,446.50 for the 2017-18 financial year.
