Club’s charity night
A NIGHT of evening and fun is planned for a fundraising evening in Widnes in aid of the charity which supports those in the borough affected by cancer.
Widnes And Runcorn Cancer Support Group is inviting residents to the event on Friday, May 19.
It will be held at Widnes Golf Club on Highfield Road.
The event begins at 7.30pm and includes a disco, raffle, water-orwine gift bag challenge and hook-a- bag game.
Tickets for the event are available from the charity’s reception on Alforde Street at a cost of £5 per person which also includes a complimentary raffle.
Operations manager ● Nicola Donoghue said: “We’re really fortunate to receive a huge amount of support from our Centre users and the residents of Halton in general.
“We hope that this event will be so much more than a fundraiser, we’d love it to bring people together and give them the opportunity to have a great night out with their friends and family.”
