Payments firm signs 12 month contract
● A PAYMENTS bureau based in Runcorn has won a 12-month contract to provide all direct debit services to an energy provider.
First Capital Cashflow (FCC) will implement a cloud-based payment service to allow Rose Gas to automatically establish direct debits for all customers.
FCC is based at Daresbury Court in Manor Park.
The firm’s commercial director Helen Priestman said: “We already have a number of major clients in the energy sector and we’re delighted Rose Gas has also chosen to use us for their direct debit processing.
“We pride ourselves on our high levels of client service and it’s a testament to our client satisfaction levels that Rose Gas were referred to us by one of our happy customers.”
Rose Gas, based in Sussex, supply gas bottles, accessories and other LPG related products to individual customers and bulk buyers. Rose Gas was referred to First Capital Cashflow by one of its current clients, Camgas, as part of the First Capital Cashflow client referral scheme.
The scheme rewards clients for referring new business, entering them into a quarterly prize draw.
