How to register your vehicle ...

1. Take photographs or scan copies of your driving licence, council tax bill and vehicle registration document (V5C form) to prove eligibility.

2. Visit www.merseyflow.co. uk, click on ‘Register Now’ and select ‘Halton residents’ account.

Complete the process and upload the photographs/scans.

3. Pay the annual £10 admin fee. Once successfully registered, a confirmation email will be received and a special merseyflow sticker posted out.

4. Display the merseyflow sticker in vehicle, following the instructions provided.

5. Once registered the pass will last for 12 months from the date of the bridge opening ● For Blue Badge holders:

1. Scan or take a photograph of both sides of a blue badge to prove eligibility.

2. Visit www.merseyflow.co. uk, click on ‘Register Now’ and select ‘Blue Badge holder’ account. Complete the process and upload a copy of both sides of the blue badge.

3. Pay the £5 one-off registration fee. Once registered, a confirmation email will be received and your a merseyflow sticker will be posted out.

4. Display the merseyflow sticker in a vehicle, following the instructions provided.
