APPEAL AFTER FIREBUGS TORCH BIN

ARSONISTS set fire to a bin in Runcorn last Thursday night.

The firebugs struck at 9.18pm on Meadow Row in Castlefields.

Crews based at Runcorn Fire Station on Heath Road extinguished the flames.
