Reunion for school pupils

TICKETS are on sale for a reunion for pupils who attended Brookvale Comprehensive in Runcorn.

Bridgewater Bar And Function Room on Canal Street is holding the event on Saturday, September 23.

The venue said buying from the venue is preferred and there is a limited number of tickets.

Anyone from outside the area should contact the bar directly to arrange.

The reunion will be on from 7pm till midnight.

Brookvale Comprehensive merged with Norton Priory to form Halton High which in turned was disbanded and replaced by what is now Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy.

Its former students include comedian John Bishop.
