T● WO of the nation’s top dancers are being welcomed back to Halton’s festive pantomime after proving popular last year.

Lindsey Alexander and Hollie Glossop, who have years of international experience between them, will be dancing in Sleeping Beauty at The Brindley in Runcorn.

They join star Crissy Rock and a host of other names at the award winning venue.

Lindsey has recently returned from America where she spent the best part of four years as both the resident director and dance captain of the Broadway Theatre at the New York-New York Casino and the Planet Hollywood Casino in Las Vegas.

From there she embarked on a tour throughout America and Canada which involved her sharing the stage with Dolly Parton.

Prior to this Lindsey travelled the world on board Carnival Cruise Line as a dancer and dance captain and performed in numerous UK Tours including Simply Big Band and Spirit Of The Dance.

As a qualified dance teacher Lindsey also teaches dance and puts on guest workshops in numerous dance schools throughout the North West.

Hollie first started dancing at the tender age of two in Sheffield at Sharon Berry’s School Of Theatre Dance.

After discovering her love for performing and completing her A-levels, she gained a place at Performers College in Essex.

She studied for three years for a National Diploma in musical theatre and dance.

During her time at college she was lucky enough to have opportunities like dancing at the FA Cup opening ceremony at Wembley Stadium and performing a tribute to the Tiller Girls at the ● London Palladium.

Since graduating in 2014, Hollie joined a showgirl company called Showgirl Entertainments with whom she has travelled all over the UK and Europe.

Carrying on the showgirl theme, Hollie also worked all over Scotland with Circus Vegas as part of their showgirl troupe.

The last few years have been jam packed with travel for Hollie as she spent six months working as dance captain in a hotel resort in Malta before joining the cruise company CMV and had contracts on three of their ships.

She performed on their flagship Columbus all around the world, from the Caribbean to the Baltic Sea.

As well as dancing, Hollie has also had modelling jobs including Amy Childs Boutique, Debenhams, and Asos.

“We also have a star of CITV. You may also recognise theatre stalwart Nick Wymer from parts in Father Ted, Paul Merton The Series and The Bill.

“The all-rounder, who will play our King, has also appeared in ads for Weetabix and a Bollywood blockbuster as well as numerous TV shows and theatre productions (even a stint in a show in Beirut!)”
