Fourth season of tiein with Motorpoint
● WIDNES Vikings will be working with a car dealership for the fourth consecutive season.
Motorpoint has a branch on Derby Road and has teamed up with the Vikings for the forthcoming 2018 season, which kicks off against the Catalan Dragons on Sunday, February 4.
As part of their 2018 partnership, the Vikings will feature the Motorpoint logo on the collar of the club home and away shirts, as well as all replica shirts.
The business is also taking advantage of the club’s pitch side, digital and programme advertising opportunities.
Vikings head of commercial Dave Rolt commented: “We are extremely grateful to Motorpoint for their continued support and look forward to work- ing with Kevin Cartwright and his team to bring our partnership alive both on and off the field in 2018.”
Motorpoint Widnes general manager Kevin Cartwright said: “We thought what better way to celebrate our third birthday than by announcing our continued support of the Widnes Vikings ahead of the new Betfred Super League season.
“We are particularly excited about our plans for the Widnes Vikings v St Helens game.”
The Vikings will be working with Motorpoint to deliver a number of unique fan experiences at the Easter fixture against St Helens.
The Widnes facility is home to more than 500 low mileage nearly new cars from at least 30 different manufacturers.
