ARUNCORN woman who made life a misery for neighbours has been slapped with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).

Susan Graham, 62, of Trenance Close, Brookvale, received the penalty at North Cheshire Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, February 27.

A Cheshire police spokeswoman said the order will run indefinitely and has conditions not to drive or park on anyone’s property, driveway or land in Trenance Close.

She was also ordered not to place items on another person’s land, property or driveway including in bins, plant pots and garden ornaments.

She is also prevented from photographing or filming anyone or any vehicle that is not connected to her family or acting in a way likely to cause alarm, distress or harassment to anyone in Trenance Close, and is not allowed to incite anyone else to do this.

Court papers said Graham’s order was imposed in light of ‘threatening behaviour’.

Sergeant Chris Maddocks, of Runcorn Local Policing Unit, said: “Susan has caused misery in the close for years making lives difficult for those affected.

“The conditions placed on Susan mean that if she breaks them she faces time in prison.

“I hope this sends a strong message that we will not tolerate this kind of ● behaviour or bullying and intimidation in our town, and continue to work closely with our partners to take robust action against those who persistently cause a misery in our community.”

Report nuisance neighbours whose antics might constitute a crime to Cheshire police on 101 or leave information anonymously with Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
