HOMES PLAN INCREASE

A WIRRAL-BASED housing association has lodged a bid to build 60 homes on a former warehouse site in Runcorn.

The application from Magenta Living Partnership would increase the number of properties previously permitted by seven.

Approval was given for Juniperhawk Ltd in February 2016 to build 53 homes on the site.

Magenta Living’s proposal is for 34 threebedroom and 26 two-bedroom semi-detached houses with gardens and driveways.
