Obey the people’s wishes
● ALMOST every MP who currently sits in the Commons has never experienced life living outside the constraints of the EU, and therefore has a biased view.
Ask any senior citizen what life was like before we were conned into joining the EU and they will tell you life was better because we ruled ourselves, not by unelected bureaucrats from Brussels.
Gina Miller is using her financial position as a multi-millionaire to force her wishes on this country. She should be made to pay all the legal costs involved in her challenge, not just her own but costs incurred by the Crown.
Corbyn knows the country will never give him the keys to Downing Street, so he is using every dirty trick possible to ignore the wishes of those who voted in the referendum, which until very recently he pledged to honour the result.
One MP has been quoted as saying an MP’s loyalty lies firstly to the party. They have conveniently forgotten that, when they took their seat in Parliament, they swore an oath of allegiance to the sovereign and that in accepting the election result promised to serve their constituents.
MPs are only interested in themselves and not following the wishes they were elected to serve.
The electorate gave them that position and the electorate can and will, in many cases, when the next election arrives, remove those traitors.
If time allows before October 31 to remove those MPs who wish to ignore the wishes of the electorate, then action should be taken by obtaining a petition with the required 10% of those listed in that constituency to have these traitorious MPs removed from office irrespective of length of service.
This country is a democracy where the Government and MPs obey the wishes of the people.
