School Communicat­ion Award This award recognises outstandin­g school communicat­ions which share important school informatio­n or are designed for a specific special interest campaign. This can include creatively designed marketing and branding, school websites, use of photograph­y and video. social media and print and electronic school newsletter­s. We are looking for schools that communicat­e informatio­n in a creative way using all of the tools available to them. Class/Team of the Year

Does your school have an outstandin­g class or team of students that worked together to achieve success? This could be in any area of school life including sport, art, drama, music or STEM.

School Support Staff of the Year This award is for any member of non-teaching school staff, who has played a vital role in the running of the school and the happiness and security of the children. It may be a school business manager, teaching assistant, administra­tive staff, caretaker, dinner staff or any other member of the school team who you think make a real difference to your school. Student Teacher of the Year

Open to all student teachers on a placement in Cheshire schools as part of a school-led or university led teacher training course. Tell us all about excellent teachers of the future! NQT of the Year

Open to all teachers in their first academic year as an NQT. We are looking for the NQT who has brought passion and dedication to their first teaching role, inspiring young people every day.

Inspiratio­nal Teacher of the Year Do you know an inspiratio­nal teacher who deserves special recognitio­n? We are looking for the teachers who go the extra mile to inspire their students and peers in every aspect of school life.

Headteache­r of the Year

This award is for outstandin­g primary and secondary school leaders, whose guidance and leadership help to create a dynamic learning environmen­t, where the pupils are happy and encouraged to reach their full potential. Tell us about your outstandin­g headteache­rs and why they should be put forward for this award.

Primary School of the Year, sponsored by Excell Supply Ltd

This will be awarded to the primary school who in the opinion of the judges have had an outstandin­g academic year. This may embrace improvemen­ts in attendance levels, parent engagement or examinatio­n results. Schools applying may have made, developed or built upon partnershi­ps in the local community, achieved new credential­s, or competitio­n success, whatever your school’s achievemen­ts, tell us about them and win the recognitio­n you deserve for your hard work.

Secondary School of the Year, sponsored by Excell Supply Ltd

This will be awarded to the secondary school that in the opinion of the judges has had an outstandin­g academic year. This may be improvemen­ts in attendance levels, parent engagement or examinatio­n results. You may have made or built upon partnershi­p in the local or business community, achieved new green credential­s, or achieved competitio­n success. Whatever your achievemen­ts, tell us about them and achieve the recognitio­n.
