MAN FINED FOR BREACHING ORDER

A RUNCORN man was fined £60 for entering a street is banned from under a non-molestation order. George Costas Smith, 43, of Micklegate, Murdishaw, pleaded guilty on July 3.

Smith was told to pay £34 to victim services and £85 in prosecution costs. An order was made for the sum to be deducted from his benefits.
