LATEST planning applicatio­ns submitted to Halton Borough Council include:

● Applicatio­n for Non Material Amendment to planning permission to extend approved kitchen extension to level it with the garden room at 62 Lynton Crescent, Widnes.

● Proposed single storey rear extension at 9 Newbury Close, Widnes.

● Proposed remodellin­g of school building to include demolition of a redundant garage and the erection of a two classroom extension at Cavendish High Academy, Lincoln Close, Runcorn.

● Proposed change of use from dwelling house to a mixed use of dwelling house and dog grooming parlour including erection of single storey detached building for dog grooming in the rear garden at 86 Latham Avenue, Runcorn.
